Award-winning Flame Artist and Creative Director Claus Hansen joined MPC LA in 2017 where his expertise is redefining what finishing means for top global brands. When partnering with Claus there is an assurance that all projects will be treated with an artistic eye and scrutiny that is not typically found in the fast-paced nature of finishing and beauty.
Since Claus joined MPC LA he has brought proficiency to the studio on projects such as Vanity Fair’s coveted Hollywood Issue front cover directed by award-winning Emmanuel ‘Chivo’ Lubezki, Infiniti’s “Konrad’s World” directed by Craig Gillespie, an Infiniti Summer campaign directed by Nicolai Fuglsig, and Adidas ‘Creators’ from 72andSunny, directed by Stacy Wall.
Prior to joining MPC Claus was a highly sought-after talent at Method Studio where he was for over a decade years. While there, Claus oversaw all projects for the creative finishing division for advertising clients, in addition to contributing his own talents as a VFX artist.
Claus has partnered with leading agencies such as Anomaly, CP+B, Wieden + Kennedy and Deutsch, creating effects, beauty and finishing work on content for brands including BMW, Infiniti, Lexus, Maserati, Microsoft, Target and Revlon Cosmetics. Claus collaborates closely with some of the industry’s top directors, working with talents such as Henrik Hansen, Irv Blitz and Ulf Johansen.
A recognized expert in the demanding beauty markets, Claus has worked on ad campaigns for top beauty brands, many featuring Hollywood’s most glamorous celebrities.
