MPC partners with Venables on heartwarming holiday campaign for Audi
The holidays can mean different things to different people: food, family, parties, presents. In this new campaign, Audi wanted to show the more human side of the season, shining a spotlight on the unsung heroes who are there for those who need them most at this time of year.The moving campaign from Venables, directed by Park Pictures’ AG Rojas, shows a range of people helping the community in lots of different ways, each story told alongside classic holiday songs, and all featuring cars from the premium car range.
MPC handled the VFX for all six spots, turning the films that were shot over the summer months into a winter wonderland by adding snow and other winter effects. The “Pilot” spot also features a passenger plane created entirely in 3D.
VFX Supervisor Patrick Ferguson, who has led previous projects for Audi, worked closely with the agency and director. He and the team provided creative solutions throughout the process to achieve the end result. This campaign also marks a continued partnership between MPC and Venables: we have worked with them on multiple campaigns including PlayStation’s “Bazaar” and other Audi spots including “Monster” and “Test Drive”.
