1.2 When you use MPC Online or E-news, we ask you to give us your email address and name (the latter is optional). This allows us to process and fulfil your requests and to notify you of the status of your dailies or work-in-progress or to send you E-news. You can ‘unsubscribe’ at any time. We may use your personal data for contacting you to notify you about important functionality changes to our Site, new services and special offers we think you may find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information please unsubscribe. We may from time-to-time monitor the Site traffic patterns and Site usage to help us develop the future design and layout of the Site.
1.3 All your information and work is protected on MPC Online by a user name and password on our secure server. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act of 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
