MPC GOES BACK TO NATURE WITH GOLDFRAPP
Dougal Wilson has directed Goldfrapp’s latest promo ‘A&E’ from the forthcoming album ‘Seventh Tree’. The magical music video featuring a foliage frenzy, was produced by Matt Fone at Blink.
Set deep within a forest, we see the band’s front woman, Alison Goldfrapp at one with nature, as she begins the promo lying on a blanket of autumnal leaves. As the song progresses, the idyllic woodland setting she finds herself in takes on a strange twist and soon the peaceful forest transforms into an enchanted one.
All the action within the video was shot in camera, with MPC creating day to night transistions and carrying out general finessing and clean up work on the overall video.
