MPC SLOWS DOWN FOR PANASONIC, 'VIERA'

Brett Foraker has directed the new campaign ‘Blink of an Eye’ for the Panasonic Viera television, produced by Annabel Ridley at RSA.  The ad describes how every split second matters and uses slow motion to demonstrate how this particular camera captures motion more clearly than others.  This slow-motion snapshot shows various split-second eventualities can change the course of a life forever.  To help realise Brett’s boards, MPC created 3D animated bullets, glass aeroplane windows and jet streams and shoals of sharks and fish.


MPC add to the mood for Visa

MPC’s Telecine Director, Jean-Clement Soret has carried out the colour grade for Antoine Bardou-Jacquet’s new ‘Running Man’ commercial for Visa, which was produced by Rebecca Williams at Saatchi & Saatchi.  The mood and atmosphere JC created enhances the tone of the film.

The new ‘Foam City’ advertising campaign brings together Sony’s three Digital Imaging brands, Handycam, Cyber-shot and new DSLR brand.
mpc leads the pack for 10,000 bc

Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow) has directed the new Warner Bros Pictures epic ’10,000 BC.’  MPC’s team created the fully CG mammoths and the 3D Giza environment for over 150 shots. The Mammoths were clothed in fur generated through ‘Furtility’, developed specifically for the project.  The MPC development team also enhanced their ALICE crowd simulation software to accommodate the behaviour of herds of mammoths.
